Truffle dusted diver scallop with smoked bacon marscapone polenta and a red verjus

Fillet of Red Trout served over baby potatoes, duck confit,
and creamed Savoy cabbage and a Pommery vinaigrette

Stonehedge Terroir Select Petite Syrah
Mixed grill composed of a petite Filet Mignon en croustini with crumbled Vermont Chevre
accompanied by a King Prawn over a blood orange salad, with red horseradish

Stonehedge Terroir Select Cabernet Sauvignon
Half dipped almond tuile filled with mixed berries draped in Zabaglione
accompanied table side by a Plait du Fromage of fine Vermont Cheese

Tea and Coffee

The evening will begin at 6:30 PM with the first wine in the Great Room of the Birch Ridge Inn. Dinner in the dining room of Birch Ridge will begin at approximately 7:00 PM. The price per person is $79.00 not including taxes or gratuities. This price is inclusive of the evening's wine and dinner. Reservations are required. Complete packages including lodging, admission to the Grand Tasting at Killington Peak on Saturday afternoon, and the wine dinner at Birch Ridge are also available.
